Document Customers We will only hold information on customers on our liver server  for a maximum period of 6 months when the information will be removed from our  live system and archived in case your records need to be retrieved.

All credit/debit card transactions are undertaken on a secure server.


Mailing Lists & 3rd parties We will only pass information to 3rd parties if you have given us express permission to do so when registering. Periodically we may pass on or sell information to selected 3rd parties. This will be done acting upon our own discretion and only for services considered beneficial to our users.
