the guide. Anyone using the guide is recommended to seek specific
advice from a suitably qualified person before dealing with any

What you are purchasing from us is a product in the form of an
"intelligent" document which has been prepared by
experienced Lawyers in conjunction with Information Technology
Specialists.
Whilst we and our experts who have drafted the documents have taken
every care to ensure the accuracy of the contents of the documents,
due to the continuing changing nature of the legal system the
information contained in the documents will during the passage of time
need to be updated.
We will do our best to ensure that the documents are updated regularly
to maintain their accuracy. We believe that the documents contain
sufficient information to provide you with a starting point in the
process of assembling a standard legal document. The documents are not
suitable to provide legal advice or where any particular transaction
will require the documents to be amended or altered save for spelling
and grammatical errors.

Refunds:-If you are not satisfied with the product you have
been sold you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of purchase under

our call centre by
suitably experienced staff trained in procedure to help you through
the process of completing the fields in each document and to make
minor amendments should you require it.
They are not legal advisers and are not authorised to give legal
advice.
Support from the call centre will be provided during office hours
which are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Whilst we will do our
very best to provide support within 48 hours of the timed receipt of
your Email request for support we cannot guarantee that this will be
the case and it will depend upon the available resources within the
call centre and the current workload on the system. Calls are charged
at national or local call rates depending on where you are calling
from.

information on our members for the purposes described in our entry in

We will only hold information on
customers on our liver server for a maximum period of 6 months when the information will
be removed from our live system and archived in case your
records need to be retrieved.
All credit/debit card transactions are undertaken on a secure
server.

We will only pass information to 3rd
parties if you have given us express permission to do so when registering.
Periodically we may pass on or sell information to selected 3rd
